Criminal Defense
We provide criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts, as well as in Ethics matters. We are experienced trial lawyers, and in addition to trials, we have negotiated settlements — both pre and post charge. We have litigated complex forfeiture matters as well as post-conviction issues.
Michael Perle
Michael Perle is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A in Economics) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.), where he received Am Jur awards for the highest grades in Evidence and Equity. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars.
Alan Silber
Alan Silber has litigated cases in numerous federal and state courts across the United States. He has also tried a variety of major white-collar cases involving RICO, bank, securities, telemarketing, health care, and wire and mail fraud as well as defended clients in money laundering cases, kidnapping (representing a police officer), and murder cases.
